I am super excited to have received the call to speak again at this year’s Richmond Vegetarian Festival.  My topic is “Mindful Vegan Methods”.  I will also demonstrate how I make my most requested raw vegan lasagna and I will add in a Carribbean flair.  I will be at Azaela Gardens in Bryan Park under the speaker’s tent at 12:30pm.  Bring all of your questions and enthusiasm.  And this year, I will be providing an array of foods at the food vendor area.  The festival concludes at 6pm. Please arrive at Bryan Park early to ensure you have the full experience.  And thank you all who requested that I return to speak this year.
