Crush the amla berries and set aside
In a saucepan, lightly toast fennel, cumin, and coriander seeds for a few seconds
In a large pot, add the water, toasted seeds, crushed amla berries and simmer for at least 15 minutes
Allow to cool, then use a fine-mesh sieve to strain the berries and seeds from the mixture
Transfer the infused water to a pitcher and refrigerate before serving cold
