Description
Abdominals (a.k.a abs) muscles are targeted during this workout session using isometrical movements and trained techniques to tighten and flatten stubborn abs.
This is a group class. Always expect to have a high energy and low impact workout during each session with results that you will see with consistency. This session is customized for beginners and experienced individuals. You will truly enjoy this fun and effective workout no matter what experience level you are now.
Duration is 30 minutes
