Initial Intake Meeting

We meet via online to go over a list of questions and your concerns prior to selecting any program or products. This is a good time to get to know each other as well.
The initial intake and assessment session includes a detailed and careful intake of your current concerns, your lifestyle habits and your dietary habits. The initial intake and assessment session will also include discussion of your daily habits. Details from this session will help with further discussions on causes to your problems or imbalances and the next steps to create a personalized wellness plan.
