Description
Barre is a fusion of pilates, ballet and yoga. The use of our barre method will target the whole entire body using your own body and light equipment.
This is a group class. Always expect to have a high energy and low impact workout during each session with results that you will see with consistency. This class is customized for beginners and experienced individuals. You will truly enjoy this fun and effective workout no matter what experience level you are now.
Duration is 30 minutes
Classes are led on Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:00am. And Saturdays at 10:00am. You are able to attend virtually or in person at our West End location. Address is given upon registration.
