Ayurveda nutrition includes understanding principles around food intake and its role in balancing your dosha and a healthier lifestyle. This session includes an analysis of your current food intake and its role in your daily life. We will discuss foods that can contribute to a sharper mind, balanced emotional outlook and better physique. An Ayurvedic approach will be explained, therefore it is best to know your dosha beforehand but its not necessary. This service can be combined with our Dosha Assignment and Pulse Analysis session. You will be emailed a report of foods for your mind/body type after your session and 21 days of virtual guidance. Duration: 1 hour
