Learn to compose and maintain a meditation practice that helps you create growing intentions and achieve your goals. You will learn how to use pranayama/breath work and visualization techniques that you can use on a daily basis.
Join us in this a one hour session at our studio. If you haven’t taken our class yet, be assured that you will leave feeling accomplished and have results that you will see and feel within no time.
All of our meditation classes includes a mini movement session. You will truly enjoy this no matter what experience level you are now. Beginners and experienced students are welcome to join.
