One on One Personal Training
Whether you are an athlete or someone just getting back into working out, Pauline will be able to assist you in reaching your fitness goals. With her strong belief in working with a purpose and proper form, she will provide you with workout sessions that yield maximum results. As a fitness client, you will be provided with a workout plan that is based on techniques that are safe and precise.
Group Fitness Classes
Are you an individual wishing to host a group fitness class for your special event, church group or corporate group? Fitness classes will be designed to fit your needs and will range from Barre, Hatha Yoga, TRX, Strong by Zumba, Tabata, Indoor Cycling and HIIT.
Pop Up Fitness Lab
Pop Up Fitness Lab is a boot camp style class designed by Pauline to help those who would like to get a feel of what she offers in personal training without the nutrition assistance. This is offered once a quarter and is limited to a set number of participants.

Meal Planning:
This plan will be for someone who needs assistance in creating a weekly menu that is healthy and delicious. All meal plans are vegan (no animal products), Ital and/or Ayurvedic. Each plan will be created to suit the lifestyle of each individual.
Private Catering:
For the individual or family who would like to have a home cooked meal that is nutrient dense and unprocessed. Each meal will be prepared gourmet style from scratch. Each ingredient will be organic or locally sourced.
Event Catering:
Are you accustomed to seeing the same type of foods at most events? Are your vegan event attendees disappointed at every event because all you can provide is a salad with not even a salad dressing to top it off? This can all change with the array of catering options you will be able to choose from.
Cooking Classes:
This is especially for schools, churches and individuals who would like to take their culinary skills to the next level.
Food Workshop:
Want to discuss where your food comes from, hear about how to source organic food, discuss what foods are right for your body, how to become more food conscious and more? This food workshop will touch on seasonal foods, the impact foods has on our body and what to do.

You will be guided during this one on one meditation session. You will be given the tools to deepen your practice and understand what works best for you.

Ayurveda is simply a system of healing.
The concept and term Ayurveda, can be overwhelming for those that are not familiar with it. It is for anyone looking to heal and maintain longevity. Its non-attachment to religion or secular groups makes it pure and available across the globe. With its origin from India thousands of years ago, many people around the world have benefitted from this ancient old wisdom which is now popularized by its sister, yoga. You will be provided with knowledge, resources and practices specific to your Dosha (Body Type), and balancing your Agni (Digestive Fire), both of which are important to identify, balance and maintain good health. Ayurveda is the Knowledge of Life. Set up an initial consultation to becoming you and better yet, your highest self.

Follow-up Sessions:
Find out your current dosha imbalances and how to balance things out. Also, we will put a nutrition and lifestyle plan in place to aid you in a specific concern.

Book a guided yoga session where you’ll move through intentional sequences and flows to realign your mind and body. You’ll leave feeling brand new.
Nutrition Program:
In this program you will be guided in what foods to eat to improve digestion, help you achieve your desired body mass index, acquire recipes with foods you will enjoy and cook for your entire family.

Pauline adopted a love of photography years ago while in the event planning industry
Being responsible for designing elegant events, and creating beautiful floral pieces where just some of the things Pauline enjoyed about her role as an event planner and designer. She wanted to have photos of her work as she saw it through her own eyes so she attended photography school and has not put the camera down ever since.
Lifestyle Photography
Life is about experiences and adventure. You don’t often get to relive that moment in time and the best way to remember it is through photos. Capturing moments in time is magical and there is no better way than with beautiful photography and printed images. Personal Brand Photography is essential if you are the face of your business People want to get to know you. If you are like many of our clients, gone are the days of boring head shots.
Food Photography
It’s well-known that most people eat with their eyes first. If you are a restaurant owner, or personal chef who is looking to build your personal brand or portfolio, then you can commission Pauline for food styling and a photo session. And, if you are a foodie and need images for your food blog or personal website, you can purchase curated images taken by Pauline.
