Many long for deeper intimacy and pleasure but struggle to achieve it. As humans we are all wired to desire deep and meaningful connection. This relational longing is normal! However, the path to intimacy is unclear to many especially if there has been deep hurt in the past.

This workshop is for anyone who desires healing and deeper intimacy. Tiffini Sharifi, LPC; our resident Licensed Relationship and Sex Therapist will lead this workshop with her expertise and I will infuse Ayurvedic principles relating to this subject.

Attendees should expect to:
*Learn the meaning of true intimacy in romantic relationships.
*Identify common barriers to intimacy.
*Learn how to create a connected & healing environment in their relationship.
*Set achievable goals in the areas of sexuality and relational connection.
