Nothing excites me more than using traditional methods to help heal ourselves. My name is Caroline. I proudly created C.A.R.E. By Caro which stands for Compassion, Awareness, Respect, Everywhere. My mission has been to help people rebuild their relationship with food and herbs. I am extremely passionate about food and wellness and my biggest wish is to create a space where people have access to information, food, and herbs that are beneficial to their health and well being.

My tea blend is one of my most sacred creations. I put together 5 herbs based on a similar family recipe and began to sell it to my close friends and co workers. Today, I am selling my tea blend all over the United States thanks to so many people like Pauline, who share my creations through word of mouth. My tea blend has helped so many people alleviate symptoms of migraines, insomnia, cramps, indigestion and more.
